Our Services are intended for licensed attorneys and authorized personnel of law firms. By using CaseMakr, you represent that you are qualified to use legal technology in your jurisdiction and that you will use the Services in compliance with applicable ethical rules and professional standards.
4. Account and Registration
You may need to register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You will not:
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are subject to the pricing and billing terms disclosed at the time of purchase. Fees are due in advance for the selected billing period. Refunds are handled according to our stated refund policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CASEMAKR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARM. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for verifying all results.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASEMAKR AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CaseMakr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
